For two decades I built world-class organizations, leading operations, strategy, and customer-facing revenue efforts at five successful startups and two public companies.

Colleagues consistently sought my advice and counsel - not because I always had all the answers, but because I had an exceptional ability to unlock potential and surface what was blocking progress. Sometimes this meant crafting solutions, other times it involved thought partnership and building awareness.

Looking back, my journey to coaching and advising feels like coming home. Raised in the Quaker tradition, I've been drawn since childhood to the value of service and helping others discover their potential. This early calling, combined with decades of company-building experience, is why I excel at unlocking potential in leaders and organizations. This is where I create my greatest impact.

Today, I work with established and emerging leaders at organizations ranging from seed-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. Together, my clients and I dramatically expand their leadership capacity and organizational impact. Now, instead of working for a single organization, I’m able to accelerate growth and leadership excellence across dozens of companies worldwide.

In addition to direct client work, I serve as an advisor and coach with 500 Startups’ Global Flagship Accelerator and MIT Solve, and as a coach and mentor with First Round Capital’s Fast Track program.

My formal training from the Hudson Institute informs how I work with clients, and I am also an ICF ACC-certified coach and a Leadership Circle practitioner. My earlier education at Smith College and Georgetown's School of Foreign Service, plus a year in Mexico as a Fulbright Scholar, were also key foundational experiences.
